Requirements
- Engineering background: ability to read code and reason about technical architecture.
- 0-to-1 product experience: track record of taking ideas from concept to early PMF.
- Agentic AI fluency: experience leveraging modern AI primitives and LLM orchestration.
- Tastemaker: strong product sense and ability to develop mid-fidelity prototypes independently.
- Core data analysis: ability to work with usage data, behavioral metrics, and qualitative research.
- Workflow encoding: capability to break down complex global industry processes into digital products.
- Extreme ownership and speed: default to action and high tolerance for ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end H3 discovery process by framing jobs-to-be-done and building prototypes.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ship weekly rapid experiments for validated learning.
- Constant engagement with target users and alpha participants to build qualitative empathy.
- Manage by strict success metrics before considering delivery economics or monetization.
- Evaluate data points weekly to make Persevere, Pivot, or Kill recommendations.
- Defend H3 boundaries by rejecting incremental optimizations.
