Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2-4 years of corporate experience.
- Excellent writing skills (grammar, spelling, presentation).
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in US hours.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and email organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to system upgrades and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Support the Account Management team in administering employee stock programs.
- Perform day-to-day equity plan administration across various platforms.
- Execute participant updates, tax rate updates, terminations, and exercises.
- Manage grant loads and data entry operations.
- Manage approximately six or more unique clients simultaneously.
- Update client documentation as changes occur.
- Follow internal procedures, data security, and privacy practices.
- Work across multiple online platforms daily.
