Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2-4 years of corporate experience.
  • Excellent writing skills (grammar, spelling, presentation).
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work in US hours.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and email organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to system upgrades and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Management team in administering employee stock programs.
  • Perform day-to-day equity plan administration across various platforms.
  • Execute participant updates, tax rate updates, terminations, and exercises.
  • Manage grant loads and data entry operations.
  • Manage approximately six or more unique clients simultaneously.
  • Update client documentation as changes occur.
  • Follow internal procedures, data security, and privacy practices.
  • Work across multiple online platforms daily.
