Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Events Management, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, event management, or marketing.
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end engagement programs.
- Strong ability to work with senior leaders and translate strategic priorities.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, including outreach and governance.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring engagement outcomes.
- Proficiency with virtual event platforms and collaboration tools.
- Experience in regulated or global, matrixed environments is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an annual cybersecurity engagement plan aligned with organizational priorities.
- Plan and deliver internal cybersecurity events such as town halls, all-hands sessions, and learning programs.
- Translate cybersecurity strategies into clear, engaging messaging and materials.
- Create and manage engagement assets such as presentations, intranet content, and talking points.
- Partner with senior leaders to design communication strategies and stakeholder feedback loops.
- Measure and analyze engagement effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Manage external vendors for event production and logistics.
- Maintain a centralized calendar of engagement activities.
- Support senior leadership communications and coordination.
