Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong architectural and technical leadership responsibilities.
- 2+ years of production experience working with AI/ML systems or large language models.
- Strong backend or full-stack development skills in Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Proven experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GPT APIs, Devin AI).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and domain-driven design principles.
- Experience leading distributed or nearshore engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT) and LLM infrastructure such as embeddings or vector databases.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly articulate technical decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable AI-integrated software solutions across distributed systems and microservices.
- Translate product vision into modular, executable engineering tasks optimized for both human developers and AI-assisted workflows.
- Develop and refine AI integration strategies, including APIs, prompt engineering, and LLM-based services.
- Guide system design decisions and ensure adherence to modern engineering principles such as domain-driven design and scalable architecture patterns.
- Mentor and coach distributed engineering teams, promoting AI adoption, clean code practices, and engineering excellence.
- Conduct thorough code reviews across human- and AI-generated code, ensuring performance, security, and reliability standards.
- Collaborate on DevOps and CI/CD improvements, integrating AI-driven automation into build, test, and deployment pipelines.
