Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Deep hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Devin, or similar).
- Experience writing effective agent documentation, custom instructions, or context files.
- Track record of building developer tools or infrastructure.
- Proficiency across the stack: CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, internal tooling, and application code.
Responsibilities
- Ensure agents can operate in independent cloud-based development environments.
- Build MCP server integrations connecting agents to systems like CircleCI, Slack, Datadog, and Github.
- Own repo-wide documentation to ensure agent guidance and skills are effective.
- Work with engineers to address root causes of agent struggle and improve developer experience.
- Develop tooling for non-engineers to make visual updates.
- Keep the organization on the leading edge of AI productivity trends.
