Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Significant experience as a senior or staff-level individual contributor.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on experience building with AI, LLM-powered, or agentic systems.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills (Node, Express, React, TypeScript).
- Deep familiarity with systems design, reliability, and observability.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Strong product judgment and ability to lead through influence.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage opportunities for agentic systems across Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Map end-to-end workflows and define technical strategies and execution plans.
- Architect and build internal platforms for agentic workflows including integrations and observability.
- Design reusable services, APIs, and patterns to support AI-assisted development.
- Establish evaluation frameworks to measure output quality and system performance.
- Define boundaries for autonomous agent actions and human oversight.
- Create training and standards for effective AI-assisted ways of working.
- Mentor engineers through design guidance and code review.
