Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Deep hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Devin).
- Experience writing effective agent documentation, custom instructions, or context files.
- Track record of building developer tools or infrastructure.
- Comfortable working across the stack: CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, internal tooling, and application code.
- Experience building or contributing to MCP servers or similar agent-tooling integrations (nice to have).
- Background in developer productivity, platform engineering, or developer experience roles (nice to have).
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript monorepos, Go, GraphQL (nice to have).
- Experience setting up sandboxed or containerized development environments at scale (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Ensure agents operate in independent cloud-based development environments with full test suite execution.
- Build MCP server integrations connecting agents to systems such as CircleCI, Slack, Datadog, and Github.
- Maintain repo-wide documentation and context files to guide agentic behaviors.
- Address root causes of agent struggle through improved documentation and tooling access.
- Develop tooling for non-engineers to make visual updates to the application.
- Stay abreast of state-of-the-art AI productivity trends and drive internal adoption.
