Requirements
- Expertise in TypeScript.
- Deep hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of building and scaling production AI systems.
- Deep expertise in prompt engineering.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience designing systems that scale.
- Ability to take ambiguous, high-scope problems and drive them to completion.
- Experienced in establishing data collection and analysis practices.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define AI Agent Architecture: Lead design, patterns, and frameworks for agent systems.
- Drive Multi-Provider Strategy: Establish evaluation frameworks for LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
- Architect Tool Use and Workflow Systems: Design systems for agents to call external tools and APIs safely.
- Cross-Team Leadership: Partner with product/design/engineering to align AI initiatives and mentor staff.
- Establish Data and Evaluation Standards: Build and steward evaluation harnesses and analyze agent performance metrics.
- Drive Research and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of NLP and LLM research and champion novel techniques.
