Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong experience leading BA teams in Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall environments.
- Experience in enterprise or digital transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to define, implement, and maintain BA governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and process design tools like Lucidchart or Draw.io.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts across multiple business domains.
- Define and enforce business analysis standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of requirements, including gathering, documentation, validation, traceability, and delivery alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and technical teams to define priorities.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement discussions to drive clarity.
- Monitor BA deliverables, manage workload distribution, and ensure timely execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide insights and support for strategic decision-making through structured analysis.
