Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support and information security operations in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management and access governance.
- Experience administering Google Workspace and Slack with a security-first mindset.
- Practical knowledge of endpoint protection, MDM, antivirus, and patch management.
- Solid understanding of AWS security and cloud workload protection.
- Familiarity with CIS Critical Security Controls, LGPD, and GDPR.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, SAST/DAST tools, and IaC.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SSO).
- Strong documentation and communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to internal users across Windows, Unix-like systems, and cloud-based tools.
- Manage IT assets, identity and access lifecycle processes, and secure access governance.
- Administer endpoint security tools, MDM, antivirus, and patch management.
- Support and secure collaboration platforms like Google Workspace and Slack.
- Oversee AWS environment security configurations, monitoring, and incident investigation.
- Collaborate on risk assessments, audits, GRC controls, and secure CI/CD and IaC practices.
- Develop and enforce IT/security policies and documentation.
- Support SSO integrations and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID).
- Promote security awareness and best practices across the organization.
- Participate in strategic planning, OKRs, and budgeting.
