Job Details

10+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Operations
Proven experience managing customer or user data in multi-system, enterprise environments
Strong understanding of customer data structures including accounts, hierarchies, identifiers, and lifecycle management
Experience supporting digital platforms, SaaS, or subscription-based business models with entitlement or access data
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Operations, IT, Finance, Sales, and Product teams
Experience with enterprise MDM tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG) is strongly preferred
Background in order-to-cash, billing, or digital fulfillment processes is a plus
Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities in dynamic environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Define and execute the enterprise Customer Master Data strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned with business transformation goals
Establish ownership, standards, and governance for customer master entities, hierarchies, identifiers, and attributes
Lead data governance frameworks, including stewardship models, escalation paths, and decision-making structures
Define and enforce data quality metrics, SLAs, and controls to ensure consistency and reliability across systems
Oversee customer data operations, reducing errors, inefficiencies, and downstream impacts such as billing or order issues
Partner with IT and enterprise data teams on MDM platforms, integrations, and system architecture evolution
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
Lead and develop a team of data stewards and analysts, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
