Requirements

  • Strong experience in demand generation, portfolio management, and product launch execution.
  • Proven analytical skills with exposure to pricing strategy, performance tracking, and market analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix organizational environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers and market dynamics.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive demand generation initiatives by developing and executing integrated campaigns to increase pipeline growth and conversions.
  • Plan and implement targeted activation programs across digital, field, and partner channels.
  • Support sales teams in aligning marketing efforts with customer acquisition and revenue objectives.
  • Manage and optimize product portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities and rationalization needs.
  • Lead end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) activities, including go-to-market strategy, positioning, and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies based on market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights.
  • Ensure pricing governance, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies while supporting margin improvement.
  • Manage marketing operations including budgeting, planning, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
  • Build dashboards and deliver insights to stakeholders to support continuous optimization.
