Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sales experience.
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Experience in subscription-based or recurring revenue sales models.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to communicate business value and ROI narratives.
- Knowledge of EV charging, energy systems, IoT, or fleet management.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to drive adoption of subscription-based EV charging software.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Lead consultative engagements with enterprise clients to understand operational needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations, ROI analyses, and product demonstrations to executive-level stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline while ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM management.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and channel partners to align requirements with platform capabilities.
- Support strategic partnerships with OEMs, utilities, and fleets to expand market reach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
