Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations or related role in high-growth software/tech.
- Experience owning end-to-end product development processes.
- Expertise in Jira, roadmap tooling, and agile delivery frameworks.
- Systems thinking ability for designing scalable operational models.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Strong data literacy to define metrics and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication skills working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with organizational transformation in product operating models.
- Understanding of AI and modern tooling in product development.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Design and maintain operating rhythms across Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Build and manage visibility systems such as roadmaps, Jira workflows, and dashboards.
- Partner with leadership to align priorities and manage dependencies.
- Define and improve operational processes by identifying delivery workflow breakdowns.
- Develop and track key product and operational metrics.
- Enable high-velocity execution by improving clarity and accountability.
