Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Operations or a closely related senior-level role.
- Experience in a high-growth software environment.
- Demonstrated experience owning and improving end-to-end product development processes.
- Deep familiarity with Jira and modern product development workflows.
- Proven track record as a systems thinker who builds scalable operating models.
- Ability to drive change as an influencer without direct authority.
- Data literate with experience in defining and tracking key product metrics.
- Understanding of the impact of AI on product development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to drive strategy and ensure clear ownership, handoffs, and quality standards.
- Manage Jira governance, roadmap alignment, and sprint cadences.
- Ensure visibility into deployment frequency, product outcomes, adoption, and cost.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Product, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing.
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive operational improvements.
