Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in events, IT, or digital platforms
- Experience in digital event operations such as registration systems, event websites, or virtual event tools
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in project tracking and collaboration tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and coordination skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Degree or diploma in IT, business, or related field is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead client discussions to gather requirements, define project scope, and align expectations with stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, tracking, and status reporting
- Oversee onboarding and training of clients on the event platform and digital event workflows
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams for seamless project handovers and proposal support when required
- Identify risks, anticipate issues, and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted project progress
- Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all assigned events
- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams based on client needs and improvement opportunities
