Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in events, IT, or digital platforms
  • Experience in digital event operations such as registration systems, event websites, or virtual event tools
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project tracking and collaboration tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Degree or diploma in IT, business, or related field is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Lead client discussions to gather requirements, define project scope, and align expectations with stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, tracking, and status reporting
  • Oversee onboarding and training of clients on the event platform and digital event workflows
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams for seamless project handovers and proposal support when required
  • Identify risks, anticipate issues, and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted project progress
  • Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all assigned events
  • Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams based on client needs and improvement opportunities
