Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Education.
- 9+ years of experience in retail training, trade marketing, or project management.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and product launches.
- Experience managing localisation workflows and external vendors.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics or Tech industry.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
- Understanding of regional retail landscapes and cultural nuances in APAC.
- Expert-level proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like Smartsheet.
- Ability to maintain trackers and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and partnership building.
- Aptitude for or experience integrating AI tools, particularly Google AI.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to Global teams by embedding APAC market insights.
- Orchestrate end-to-end localisation and delivery for NPI training assets.
- Serve as primary liaison for transcreation agencies, reviewers, and field teams.
- Identify market-specific training gaps and lead bespoke regional campaigns.
- Design and localise assets for retail staff engagement and advocacy.
- Collaborate with Channel Sales, Retail Sales, and Training teams.
- Oversee content distribution across Learning Management Systems.
- Manage localisation budgets and monitor asset ROI.
