Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in retail, merchandising, or omnichannel marketing
- Deep technical knowledge of print production and fabrication
- Expert in project management methodologies and tools (Smartsheet)
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership capacity
- Demonstrated experience or aptitude for integrating AI tools
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and techy environment
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate full lifecycle of retail projects across Brand Stores and Partner Retailers
- Adapt and deliver global launch toolkits for local markets
- Maintain regional retail playbooks and run partner onboarding programs
- Manage development of shop-in-shop programs, fixtures, and demos
- Coordinate with fabrication vendors for quality and cost control
- Lead production logistics for experiential pop-ups and retail events
- Manage end-to-end production and delivery of swag
- Develop and optimize workflows using AI tools and Smartsheet
