Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in event marketing, conference production, event operations, or conference program management.
  • Extensive experience planning and executing large-scale developer conferences for 2,000+ attendees.
  • Deep understanding of developer communities, developer relations programs, technical content, and engagement strategies.
  • Proven experience partnering with Developer Relations, Product, Engineering, and technical leadership teams.
  • Experience shaping keynote programs, technical demos, workshop experiences, and technical content tracks.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging event experiences.
  • Hands-on experience owning speaker management, CFP programs, technical content operations, and sponsor fulfillment.
  • Strong project and program management skills leading multiple stakeholders and budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally rigorous.

Responsibilities

  • Directly own and execute critical Replay workstreams while leading and coordinating a broader team of internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Developer Relations, Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to shape Replay's technical vision.
  • Partner with technical stakeholders to build and operationalize Replay's speaker and workshop programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships teams.
  • Oversee the on-site execution of assigned workstreams, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Establish and measure workstream KPIs, attendee engagement metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Support regional field marketing programs throughout the year.
