Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or event management, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.
- Proven expertise managing large-scale conferences, executive events, and regional marketing programs across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of pipeline-focused marketing strategies and the ability to measure event success through business outcomes and revenue contribution.
- Experience collaborating with sales, marketing operations, and executive leadership teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, meeting assistants, or related technologies.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and enterprise clients.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Experience managing international vendors and coordinating multi-region event logistics is considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing and events strategy across multiple regions, including industry conferences, executive experiences, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end event operations, including logistics, vendor coordination, booth production, travel coordination, and onsite execution to ensure seamless brand representation.
- Partner closely with sales and marketing operations teams to align events with pipeline generation goals and maximize business impact.
- Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics, pipeline influence, attendee engagement, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows, personalize attendee experiences, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, industry leaders, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Support strategic growth initiatives by identifying new event opportunities, market trends, and innovative engagement strategies within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
