Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or a similar role
- Experience in SaaS or technology environments
- Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of tradeshows, conferences, or sponsored events
- Demonstrable business impact through pipeline generation and ROI tracking
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and external partners
- Deep understanding of event operations, logistics, booth execution, and live event management
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Sigma, or similar
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments with travel up to ~30%
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of tradeshow and conference programs
- Develop and manage a strategic event calendar aligned with marketing and revenue objectives
- Own event logistics including vendor management, contracts, booth setup, staffing, and on-site operations
- Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Operations teams to define goals, drive attendance, and ensure strong pipeline impact
- Design and support pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize engagement, meetings, and conversions
- Manage event budgets, performance tracking, and ROI reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, partners, vendors, and customers
- Oversee messaging, creative assets, demos, and attendee experience
