Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or a similar role
  • Experience in SaaS or technology environments
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of tradeshows, conferences, or sponsored events
  • Demonstrable business impact through pipeline generation and ROI tracking
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Deep understanding of event operations, logistics, booth execution, and live event management
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Sigma, or similar
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments with travel up to ~30%

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of tradeshow and conference programs
  • Develop and manage a strategic event calendar aligned with marketing and revenue objectives
  • Own event logistics including vendor management, contracts, booth setup, staffing, and on-site operations
  • Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Operations teams to define goals, drive attendance, and ensure strong pipeline impact
  • Design and support pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize engagement, meetings, and conversions
  • Manage event budgets, performance tracking, and ROI reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, partners, vendors, and customers
  • Oversee messaging, creative assets, demos, and attendee experience
