Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years combined experience in PK-12 education
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching PK-12 students from traditionally underserved backgrounds
- 3+ years experience managing partner workflow or delivering services
- 3+ years experience planning and implementing projects
- 3+ years experience leading or coaching the implementation of HQIM
- Deep knowledge of College- and Career-Ready math or ELA content and practice standards
- Experience designing and facilitating impactful professional learning for educators
- Experience managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in an education context
Responsibilities
- Implement high-quality programmatic services and manage complex projects
- Design and facilitate professional learning content, services, and tools/resources
- Serve as a content expert and project lead
- Manage project plans, contracts, and invoices
- Collaborate across departments and support team members through coaching or people management
