Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across multiple engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and actionable execution plans.
- Monitor program performance, identify blockers, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum.
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes across stakeholders with varying levels of technical depth.
- Improve program management processes, frameworks, and tooling to enhance operational efficiency and execution consistency.
- Provide clear, data-driven updates to senior leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
- Champion best practices in software delivery, agile execution, and scalable system design.
