Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in Alliance Partner Management, Partner Sales, or Channel Development
- Strong track record of recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners
- Prior experience or familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is a must
- Prior direct sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Drive ServiceNow referral business
- Build, nurture, and manage relationships with ServiceNow teams and ecosystem partners
- Align Vonage’s sales reps with their ServiceNow counterparts to generate pipeline and close opportunities
- Own executive alignment and sales engagement
- Plan and lead joint field events with ServiceNow
- Collaborate cross-functional teams on partner strategy
- Coordinate interlocks, milestone tracking, and strategy sessions
- Drive regional go-to-market strategies
- Deliver internal training on partner ecosystem updates
- Manage technical and business escalations
