Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Alliance Partner Management, Partner Sales, or Channel Development
  • Strong track record of recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners
  • Prior experience or familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is a must
  • Prior direct sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strategic and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Drive ServiceNow referral business
  • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with ServiceNow teams and ecosystem partners
  • Align Vonage’s sales reps with their ServiceNow counterparts to generate pipeline and close opportunities
  • Own executive alignment and sales engagement
  • Plan and lead joint field events with ServiceNow
  • Collaborate cross-functional teams on partner strategy
  • Coordinate interlocks, milestone tracking, and strategy sessions
  • Drive regional go-to-market strategies
  • Deliver internal training on partner ecosystem updates
  • Manage technical and business escalations
