Requirements
- Track record of directly managing and scaling larger engineering teams (10+ ICs).
- Experience across full-stack and backend systems architectures.
- Deep technical competence in full-stack engineering or architecture.
- Experience in large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong ability to set roadmaps and deliver results with business focus.
- Strong coaching and team culture-building skills.
- Experience with customer-focused and self-directed environments.
- Familiarity with or interest in AI/ML engineering practices.
- Experience in serving, prompt engineering, or productionizing LLM/classical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 13 engineers on automated AI training and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Own user-facing tools for community moderators to enforce rules.
- Manage the platform used by admins to train AI models for content and behavior detection.
- Process reports, appeals, and investigate suspicious user activity at scale.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, ML) to define AI-first strategy.
- Optimize systems to support 10x scale surge and slash incident response times.
