Requirements
- 8-10+ years of industry experience in data engineering and product management.
- Expertise in Node and Java programming languages.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or technical field.
- Track record of designing and developing data or software products.
- Expertise with Mongo Atlas and developing/consuming REST APIs.
- Exposure to cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and microservices.
- Understanding of agile and scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
- Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated code.
- Comfortable incorporating generative AI tools into daily workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, robust, and high-performance Node-based applications.
- Ensure software solutions align with business objectives and meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Lead architecture for all components in an investment segment.
- Actively support Product Manager in product planning and business performance.
- Understand stakeholder requirements and turn them into consumable backlog items.
- Write clear, detailed technical user epics and stories with user acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with architects to implement technical decisions.
- Identify business process improvements and automation opportunities.
