Responsibilities
- Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand hiring needs
- Confidently present our services and tailor solutions to client requirements
- Guide clients through each recruitment stage
- Maintain communication during sourcing and follow up after candidate presentations
- Act as the primary account manager once roles are closed
- Proactively identify upsell or expansion opportunities
- Build and manage pipeline through high-quality outreach and follow-up
