Requirements
- Account management experience with mid to later stage SaaS software
- 3+ years of experience maintaining outcome-based relationships
- Outstanding task management skills
- Passion for web-based technologies
- Willing to travel periodically based on business need
Responsibilities
- Perform initial onboarding of accounts with enterprise level customers
- Implement a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy
- Provide guidance on work/project management and collaboration
- Explain technical subjects to non-technical end-user personnel
- Perform periodic customer success reviews
- Develop tools and best practices to ensure value realization
- Provide expert customer insight to product management, marketing and sales
