Requirements
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and Symfony.
- Expertise in MongoDB and NoSQL database design (schema, indexing, aggregation).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Understanding of OWASP Top 10 security issues and mitigation.
- Experience in SaaS or Cloud-based, real-time, data-driven platforms.
- Deep understanding of event-driven architectures and message brokers.
- Solid grasp of engineering best practices (CI/CD, code reviews, test automation).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Practical experience embedding AI development tools into processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4-6 engineers and manage personal development plans.
- Coach team members in design-first workflows (API-first, TDD, BDD, DDD).
- Hands-on development with PHP, Symfony, MongoDB, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with other Tech Leads to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in Sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
- Provide accurate technical estimates and ensure quality deliverables.
- Identify external dependencies and review technical design documents.
- Manage issues through to completion and provide on-call support for major incidents.
- Utilize AI coding tools to augment engineering capability.
