Requirements
- Experience managing affiliate programmes in gambling, crypto, or gaming
- Existing network in the space is a serious advantage
- Strong negotiator who understands deal structures
- Ability to evaluate affiliate traffic quality and identify bot activity
- Detail-oriented on the ops side
- Creative on the partnerships side
- Crypto-native knowledge required
Responsibilities
- Build and manage Duel's affiliate programme end to end
- Source, negotiate, and onboard affiliates: streamers, KOLs, content creators, networks
- Structure deals that work for both sides: rev share, CPA, hybrid
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimise for quality, not just volume
- Cut partners who damage the brand
- Stay embedded in crypto gambling communities
- Work closely with marketing to align affiliate activity with brand campaigns and activations
- Manage reporting, payouts, and the operational side
