Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
- Strong technical background
- 5-10 years of sales and business development experience in the water/wastewater treatment market
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in developing business plans and commercial documents
- Strong leadership and interpersonal relationship skills
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed assigned quota
- Develop relationships with end-users, consultants, OEMs, and EPCs
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales training materials
- Monitor market conditions, trends, and competitor benchmarking
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for assigned markets
- Travel to visit customers, partners, and attend industry tradeshows
- Report sales metrics and market feedback to senior management
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
