Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
  • Strong technical background
  • 5-10 years of sales and business development experience in the water/wastewater treatment market
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in developing business plans and commercial documents
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal relationship skills

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed assigned quota
  • Develop relationships with end-users, consultants, OEMs, and EPCs
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales training materials
  • Monitor market conditions, trends, and competitor benchmarking
  • Perform market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop business plans and sales strategies for assigned markets
  • Travel to visit customers, partners, and attend industry tradeshows
  • Report sales metrics and market feedback to senior management
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
