Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within dental, MedTech, healthcare technology, or software industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong interest in digital technologies and innovative solutions in healthcare or SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a structured, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • High willingness to travel across the DACH region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with distribution partners and key stakeholders across the DACH region (AT & CH focus).
  • Act as the primary contact for partners and key opinion leaders, building strong and long-term professional relationships.
  • Execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with partners and customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Own revenue targets for assigned accounts and actively contribute to the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product training teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
