Requirements
- 10+ years of clinical operations industry experience with a B.A./B.S., or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
- 3+ years in a leadership role.
- 3+ years of direct line management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading global Phase 2 or Phase 3 trials.
- Strong CRO and vendor management experience from the sponsor perspective.
- Deep knowledge of FDA, EMA, PMDA, ICH, and GCP guidelines.
- Experience with inspection readiness, audits, and health authority inspections.
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen in budget management and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global clinical operations strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Provide strategic operational leadership for Phase 1–3 clinical trials.
- Lead sponsor-side oversight and governance of CROs and critical vendors.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Clinical Operations teams.
- Manage clinical trial budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
- Ensure continuous inspection readiness and compliance with GCP and health authority regulations.
