Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Master’s, PharmD, or PhD) preferred.
- 7–10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
- Strong Medical Affairs exposure.
- 6+ years of experience in program or project management or Medical Operations roles.
- Strong understanding of medical governance, clinical development, and pharmaceutical industry operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management capabilities including timeline tracking and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and ability to influence without authority.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Global and US Medical Review Committee and Medical Grants Review Committee processes.
- Oversee medical education, IME/CME, sponsorships, and grant approval workflows.
- Provide project management support to Global Medical Affairs leadership.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of medical affairs operations.
- Manage budgeting and financial tracking activities.
- Coordinate global and cross-functional meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between Global Medical Affairs and key functional departments.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects across stakeholders.
- Support contracting processes and best practices.
