Requirements
- 5+ years in a product management role at a SaaS product-led company
- Strong customer empathy with experience using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Ability to evaluate market, competitor and commercial landscapes
- Excellent understanding of product tools, end-to-end product lifecycle, and product practices
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and timely execution
- Strong collaborative work style with ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops
- Ability to logically negotiate and influence stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and storytelling skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous product discovery to identify customer problems and turn those insights into a long term product strategy
- Define success metrics for your product area and drive alignment for all product efforts
- Navigate ambiguous green field product opportunities by applying data analysis and critical thinking
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Content teams
- Motivate and influence key stakeholders and drive buy-in for product initiatives
