Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content, communications, or editorial marketing roles.
- Background in at least one of: engineering, cloud, software, services, or B2B tech.
- Strong preference for candidates with an engineering background.
- Exceptional writing skills across long-form, short-form, and sales collateral.
- Proven ability to write about technical topics such as AI, cloud, and data.
- Excellent editorial judgment and audience calibration.
- Fluency in English communication (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities.
- Experience or deep interest in AI-enabled content workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own and produce high-impact external content like case studies, web pages, and sales enablement assets.
- Translate Loka's technical projects (GenAI, cloud migrations) into audience-ready narratives.
- Develop a deep understanding of company offerings to write independently.
- Interview engineers, SMEs, and clients to distill technical information into persuasive content.
- Shape editorial and content strategy based on business priorities.
- Propose content angles and campaigns proactively.
- Defend editorial choices with reasoning rooted in audience objectives.
- Maintain brand voice across all channels.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude to accelerate research and drafting workflows.
