Requirements
- 5+ years of building production software
- 2+ years of experience at startups or growth companies
- Proficiency in React, NextJs, Node.js (Typescript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, Redis
- Experience building at scale serving hundreds of thousands of end-users and large enterprise clients
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent AI developments
- Self-motivated, creative, and ability to navigate ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Leading initiatives with our Product and Design teams to ship and iterate on unique product experiences in AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes
- Working closely with our ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and implement these features into our agentic framework
- Improving our physician-facing care platform and integrating AI tooling to increase physician efficiency and clinical capabilities
- Architecting scalable backend systems, such as health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations
