Engineering at Counsel Health

You'll be working at the frontier of medical AI, building the first fully-vertical, AI-native medical group from the ground up. Counsel Health has redesigned the entire clinical stack with custom AI tools that make in-house physicians 10x faster and smarter. Engineers carry real ownership, shaping the product and the engineering organization as it grows. The team works cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercial teams, interfacing directly with prominent healthcare organizations nationwide. The work spans full-stack web development, data infrastructure, mobile development, and AI/MLOps.
