Requirements
- 5+ years in Business Operations, Operations, Project Management, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or similar roles.
- Strong operational and systems thinking.
- Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-through capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly proactive and resourceful.
- Experience in startups, agencies, consulting, SaaS, or operationally complex businesses is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational initiatives across the business including workflow improvements and system rollouts.
- Map, document, and optimize internal workflows to eliminate friction points.
- Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and internal documentation.
- Partner with teams like sales, finance, and marketing to implement tools and automations.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment and remove blockers.
- Maintain operational visibility to identify gaps and recurring issues.
- Drive company-wide priorities by managing timelines, ownership, and risks.
