Requirements
- 10-12+ years of Care Delivery or Operations experience.
- 8-10+ years of managerial experience in scaling and building effective teams.
- Experience managing capacity for an online healthcare marketplace or urgent care platform.
- Expertise in data and modeling including SQL and Excel.
- Experience in workforce planning and demand/capacity modeling.
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing streamlined processes and automations.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Experience communicating with Executives and Boards of Directors.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the Care Delivery team has execution plans supporting company goals and scalability.
- Tailor organizational and team design to meet company goals.
- Oversee demand forecasting and clinical supply modeling to align capacity.
- Drive delivery execution to meet contractual SLAs and financial goals.
- Develop real-time dashboards for tracking marketplace and delivery performance.
- Manage compliance with 50-state telehealth, HIPAA, and licensing regulations.
- Leverage AI to optimize delivery processes and implement automations.
- Partner with R&D to define product-driven operational optimizations.
