Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in sales within complex technical domains (AI/ML, DevOps, Database/Infra).
  • Proven track record of selling large deals to Global 2000 enterprises.
  • History of consistently exceeding $1M+ ARR targets.
  • Experience closing six-and-seven-figure deals ($100k - $1M+ ACV).
  • Infrastructure-fluent or code-literate.
  • Self-driven professional with a hunter mindset.
  • Deep familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a territory plan to target high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Generate own pipeline while collaborating with SDRs and Marketing.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-12 months) involving technical and economic buyers.
  • Bridge the gap between technical value and business outcomes.
  • Lead a virtual account team to win technical and commercial goals.
  • Forecast and manage sales activity and pipeline to hit revenue targets.
  • Develop new opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Deliver customer feedback to the product team.
