Requirements
- 3+ years experience as an Account Executive
- Experience selling into HR, People, Talent or L&D functions
- Proven track record in B2B complex sales
- Experience selling to US or UK markets
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing
- Act as the CEO of your territory
- Find and meet with new clients
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Build end-to-end sales systems and processes
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs
