Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 5+ years in cloud security or a related role.
- Proven partnership with engineering teams regarding infrastructure access and security posture.
- Kubernetes security posture management and auditing.
- Experience with multi-tenant security architecture.
- Proficiency in Go; familiarity with Python.
- Experience with secrets management and payload encryption.
- Strong command of gRPC security, mTLS, and service mesh architectures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate security principles into the design and architecture of cloud infrastructure.
- Secure Temporal's core platform components including the workflow engine and task queue architecture.
- Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments across a multi-cloud environment.
- Secure gRPC-based communication, mTLS management, and service mesh configuration.
- Manage cloud security posture using tools like Wiz.
- Translate cloud security standards into actionable internal policy.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
