Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field with 2 years of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of progressive related experience.
- 2 years of experience with SQL.
- 2 years of experience with C, Java, or Python.
- 2 years of experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- 2 years of experience providing application support.
- 2 years of experience with SQL Developer.
- 2 years of experience with AWS.
- 1 year of experience with Snowflake.
- 1 year of experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines with Apache Spark (Scala and Java).
- 1 year of experience with Amazon Redshift.
Responsibilities
- Delivering data to business units using standardized data delivery pipelines.
- Oversees datasets and ETLS connected to iSpot’s product suite.
- Collaborates with operations teams for data access for clean rooms, APIs, and feeds.
- Authors and owns testing plan for assigned projects; performs unit, component, contract, integration, performance and end-to-end testing.
- Defines useful metrics and targets; improves processes and best practices.
- Handles on-call responsibilities, updates service runbooks, and performs RCA.
- Designs and builds telemetry for issue analysis.
- Communicates complex ideas across Engineering project teams.
- Authors, reviews and approves requirements and designs for features.
