Requirements
- 7+ years work experience in an analytical or quantitative role.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar.
- Track record of success at a senior or staff level.
- Expertise with statistical techniques (e.g. regression, hypothesis testing, causal inference).
- Extensive experience using a procedural programming language (e.g. Python, R).
- Comfort working in a production codebase.
- Effective communication skills with executives and cross-functional partners.
- Experience mentoring other data scientists.
- Strong judgment blending quantitative rigor with product intuition.
Responsibilities
- Own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces across product and business domains.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and company leadership to shape product strategy.
- Design and evaluate experiments to measure the impact of product and strategic changes.
- Analyze data to uncover root causes of metric movements.
- Develop tools, methodologies, and frameworks to improve data team efficiency.
- Multiply the impact of other data scientists through mentorship.
