Requirements
- Five or more years in investment banking or top-tier management consulting
- Demonstrated first-principles thinking on ambiguous, high-stakes problems
- Strong quantitative and analytical chops, including building metric trees
- Hands-on AI fluency with practical experience building/rebuilding processes around AI
- Proven cross-functional operator instincts in multi-stakeholder environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bias for action and high tolerance for ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Translate transformation vision into shippable requirements for AI PMs and engineers
- Drive cross-functional execution to ship initiatives
- Build and maintain the enterprise capability map
- Run transformation intake, prioritization, and operating cadence
- Define solution paths for prioritized transformations
- Own ROI analysis, business value assessment, and metric trees
- Drive role redesign, change management, and adoption
- Lead company-wide AI initiatives end-to-end
