Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7 years of program management experience, or High school/GED with 11 years of program management experience.
- Experience in consulting, strategy, PMO, or transformation roles.
- Demonstrated track record of addressing business problems and shaping strategic direction.
- Experience managing or supporting cross-functional programs, projects, or workstreams.
- Excellent organization and follow-through.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience developing executive-ready materials.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Comfort building and interpreting analytical models.
Responsibilities
- Support development of transformation priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Lead execution of transformation workstreams, including planning, sequencing, and dependency management.
- Serve as primary owner of cross-functional coordination to validate inputs and drive alignment.
- Lead development of presentations, templates, and structured outputs for leadership.
- Apply TMO frameworks and standards for consistent tracking and reporting.
