Requirements
- 5-8+ years of program management experience.
- Background in GTM operations, business systems, digital transformation, or AI operations.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional programs.
- Deep familiarity with GTM systems and workflows (Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success tools).
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate technical insights into executive-level narratives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize competing demands.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership to identify AI-powered automation and workflow optimization opportunities.
- Own the GTM AI roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and alignment.
- Program-manage the design, build, and rollout of AI workflows across the GTM stack.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured programs with clear success metrics.
- Represent GTM Engineering needs in AI and roadmap planning.
- Establish frameworks for measuring AI success, including tracking time savings and revenue impact.
- Drive change management and enablement efforts for new AI capabilities.
