Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Client Services at a SaaS organization.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Experience in the telehealth space.
  • Experience with large- to enterprise-sized customer book of business.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Creative problem solver with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Bask’s customers and own the full customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with customer stakeholders to develop custom engagement initiatives.
  • Manage all current customer data and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Build logic based questionnaires and workflows through the Bask software.
  • Help customers launch and upsell medications.
  • Triage software and order related issues.
  • Deliver program demos and provide technical support.
  • Use LLMs to draft communications and structure customer needs.
  • Share AI-native workflows and prompts across the team.
