Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all GrailX TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns from kickoff through completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and subscribers throughout TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns
  • Own the success and growth of the TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaign program
  • Coordinate communication between creators, brands, and internal teams
  • Own campaign promotion through email campaign creation and newsletter distribution
  • Track deliverables, approvals, timelines, and updates
  • Support subscriber onboarding, activation, and engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on results
  • Work cross-functionally to improve processes and drive program growth
