Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all GrailX TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns from kickoff through completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and subscribers throughout TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns
- Own the success and growth of the TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaign program
- Coordinate communication between creators, brands, and internal teams
- Own campaign promotion through email campaign creation and newsletter distribution
- Track deliverables, approvals, timelines, and updates
- Support subscriber onboarding, activation, and engagement
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on results
- Work cross-functionally to improve processes and drive program growth
